CIC将于年5月25日到12月30日接受申请，而且会处理前60份完整的申请。CIC也将接受被放置在等候队列中的最多60份的额外的申请。
这个计划也许会提前关闭如果60位移民投资者都通过了永居，或一旦60份申请都在处理中且60份申请都在等候队列中。
